Henning Bochert

Henning Bochert was born in Wuppertal. After graduating from University of Arts Berlin (BA, acting), he participated in a number of productions in, among other theaters, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Zurich (e. G. directed by Eberhard Köhler, Amélie Niermeyer, Thomas Schulte-Michels, Ulrich Hüni). Since 1996: numerous translations in the realm of dramatic literature, e. g. theater plays by Adam Rapp, Neil Simon, Martin Heckmanns, Christoph Hein, Ingrid Lausund. A few years at the United States’ west coast brought about experience as dubbing translator and director in feature film. Henning Bochert is member of the artists network raum4, where he is predominantly involved as producer and dramaturg for international productions. He wrote several theater play, such as Übersee (P: 04 March 2004, Horch & Guck Leipzig, D: U. Hüni), Dystopia (2004, staged reading, D: E. Köhler, M. Portmann), Aschenputtel (P: 25.10.2008, TdA Stendal, D: E. Köhler). And also as a voice talent in TV (eg.
